Return policy
Crylink is committed to ensuring our customers are completely happy, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply complete this form to request an RMA number.
Crylink offers its customers the ability to return new unused, undamaged standard sized Catalog products within 30 days of original date of purchase for full credit. OEM volumes of products returned after 30 days may be subject to a restocking fee. Custom sized parts may not be returned as part of the 30 day trial.
Product returned without an RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned at senders expense.
Returned products are subject to inspection.
